Welcome to Riverhead Infants' School. Welcome to the Riverhead Infants' School Website. As you explore the site we hope you will develop an understanding of our vision and share in our achievements. Here at Riverhead we are committed to the education of the whole child, and believe that children flourish in an environment in which they feel safe and cared for.

We are proud of our inclusive practice. In our school children achieve their full potential happy in the knowledge that they are appreciated for their individuality and their achievements. We strive to achieve high academic standards for all children and believe that this is best accomplished through teaching that is engaging, innovative and personalised to children's needs.

We give time, so that each child can develop academic, personal and social skills in a caring and stimulating environment. In order to develop both curiosity and a lifelong love of learning we engage children in learning experiences which motivate and deepen their understanding.
