About

We have an intake of 35 children each year but we never have infant class sizes greater than 28. This is because since September 2023, we have a Creative Corner. Each week 7 children from EYFS, 7 children from Year 1 and 7 children from Year 2 learn in a classroom with Miss Siddall- the group changes each week so the children visit Creative Corner once every 5 weeks.

They learn through a topic such as Rainforests, Dinosaurs, Polar Regions, the Circus etc. Feedback from children, parents and staff has been overwhelmingly positive and the children meet all the curriculum objectives for their age in an exceptional environment. In Key Stage 2, we have 35 children in each class.

St Chads is like one big family- it helps you learn, make friends and become a better person. I always come to school with a smile on my face. Poulton St Chads is fun because you get loads of opportunities to shine. If you have special needs, school offers lots of strategies to deal with hard times.

Everybody here has a positive mindset, a great attitude and is happy to help when you need it.
