About

We are a small, independent school for girls aged 3 18, with a proud history of helping young women flourish. Our size is one of our greatest strengths. It allows us to know each girl as an individual and to support her, personally and academically, every step of the way. This is a school where girls are encouraged to be themselves and to become their very best.

Free from many of the social pressures found elsewhere, our pupils take the lead, speak up, and grow in confidence. Whether in science, sport or the arts, girls here are inspired to aim high and develop a lifelong love of learning. Our results speak for themselves but success at Leicester High for Girls goes far beyond the classroom.
