About

The Dixie Grammar School is a selective 3-18 coeducational independent school set in three uniquely beautiful settings in rural Leicestershire. We are a happy school, in which our polite pupils are comfortable in their own skins, grounded, energetic and constantly challenged.

The Nursery and Junior School site is based in Wellsborough overlooking the Leicestershire countryside which provides an abundance of safe space for play, sports fixtures, outdoor learning and our superb Forest School.

The Senior School is in the heart of the picturesque Market Bosworth and our stunning sports ground boasting hockey all-weather pitches, tennis courts and expansive playing fields is just outside Bosworth. Pupils are encouraged to take risks, challenge themselves and gain the confidence and skills that will enable them to move to the next stage of their education.

Above all else we value the individual, enabling pupils to be proud of themselves and their accomplishments. We promote a learning environment where all pupils are able to realise their full academic potential and are respectful and tolerant of the individuality and abilities of others.
