Metheringham is a special and exciting learning community where children are enthusiastic and ready to achieve. Our wonderful children are at the heart of every decision we make to ensure that they are happy, resilient and confident, and that they are given the very best opportunities to enable them to thrive.
We strive to create a safe, purposeful and fun learning environment where every child is able to achieve their potential. Our aim is for everyone in our school community to be lifelong learners and to be prepared for the next stage in their lives. Our five school values honesty, kindness, courage, pride and curiosity are at the core of everything we do.
These values shape our behaviours, our relationships and our approach to learning. We encourage our pupils to be honest and reflective, to show kindness and empathy to others, to face challenges with courage, to take pride in their achievements, and to stay curious about the world around them.
