'together aspire, together achieve, together we are stronger... Welcome to Bacton, Freethorpe, Horning, Swanton Abbott, Mundesley Infant, Mundesley Junior and the Beacon SEMH base - known as AIM Federation.
Our staff team across all seven schools, work closely together to improve educational outcomes for all of our children and although we do lots of things together, each of our village schools retains their unique caring ethos. Our Heads of Schools are responsible for the day-to-day management of each school and are the first point of contact for parents.
The role of the Governing Body is to provide strategic management and to act as a 'critical friend', supporting and challenging the work of the Executive Head and staff.
Our overriding ambition is to nurture what we call 'global citizens' - children who can eventually go off into the world, confident about themselves and their achievements, while having a clear understanding of their unique location - the beautiful North Norfolk coast and countryside.
