About

Welcome to the website of the Pathfinders Federation. We are a federation of three primary schools and their attached nursery pre-schools all situated in rural north Norfolk. St Michaels CofE VA Primary and Nursery School St Michaels, located in Aylsham, is a nurturing educational environment inspired by Christian values.

The school serves children aged 3 to 11, offering both nursery and primary education. With a commitment to fostering each childs potential, the schools ethos encourages students to flourish as confident citizens. The recent Ofsted inspection in November 2023 rated the school as Good across all categories, reflecting its dedication to providing high-quality education.

Northrepps is situated in the scenic village of Northrepps, near the popular seaside town of Cromer, and is a small, friendly community school dedicated to providing high-quality education for children aged 2 to 11.

With a strong emphasis on individual growth and a supportive learning environment, Northrepps fosters a nurturing atmosphere where each child is encouraged to reach their full potential. Set amidst the tranquil landscapes of rural Norfolk, the school offers an inspiring setting for both students and staff.
