About

As Headteacher of Northstead Community Primary School, my purpose is simple and steadfast: to create a school where every child and every member of staff can learn, grow and thrive in a safe, joyful and vibrant environment.

I believe deeply in the transformative power of education—not only to enrich lives, but to open doors, spark ambition and ensure every individual has the opportunity to become the very best version of themselves. Our CORE values— Community, Opportunity, Responsibility and Excellence —shape everything we do.

They guide our decisions, inspire our expectations and define the culture we are proud to nurture. Whether inside the classroom or beyond it, these values underpin the rich experiences we offer, helping our pupils achieve high academic standards while becoming positive, respectful and responsible contributors to the world around them.

Northstead is a caring, supportive and ambitious school where children are encouraged to aim high, embrace challenge and celebrate their achievements. We are committed to ensuring every child feels known, valued and empowered to succeed.
