  • At Risedale, we believe that our uniform helps pupils to feel part of the Risedale Family.
  • Why we wear the Risedale School uniform:
  • It s smart and practical. Our uniform is affordable, built to last, and looking smart helps create a positive attitude for learning.
  • It unites us as a community. Wearing our uniform shows we're all part of the Risedale Family, building a sense of pride in our school and in ourselves.
  • It prepares us for the future. Dressing appropriately for school is great practice for the world of work and life beyond Risedale.
  • Schoolshop Customer Handbook
  • Shirt: Formal plain white shirt or fitted blouse (worn tucked in) with neck fastened for the tie.
  • Trousers: Trousers must be plain black and full-length to the shoes. Leggings are not allowed.
  • Coats (optional): If worn, must be worn over the top of the blazer. No outdoor coats to be worn inside the school building. Hoodies are not permitted .
  • Socks or Tights: Plain black/dark socks or black/neutral-coloured tights.
  • Belts (optional): Plain black or brown single-colour belt with a simple, small plain buckle.
  • T-shirt: Risedale PE t-shirt ( Schoolshop only as branded).
