About

School closes for half term (normal finish time) Just before we go, some news of sport! Year 8 have played two matches this week. Wednesday saw the A and B teams play against Joseph Rowntrees. The opposition were very accurate and well organised, but the girls did really well, working hard to improve their skills and applying feedback as the games went on.

Both teams got better and better. Thursday saw the A team play The Mount. After a bit of a shaky start, they focused and were determined to get some goals. They lost 10-6 but won the second half convincingly. Now, just to work on being more consistent in time for the tournament in March.
