About

Click to keep up with our latest news and find out what activities we have been up too. We hope you enjoy. You can contact us in person, by phone or by email. Our school nursery takes children from their 3rd birthday and we offer flexible 15 and 30 hours provision. Come and see the interesting and exciting activities we get up to at Nunmonkton Primary School.

We're delighted you've visited our website to learn more about our wonderful village school a true gem set in beautiful surroundings, just minutes from the A59 between York and Harrogate. It is a place that I, along with all the staff and school community, am incredibly proud to be part of.

Nun Monkton Foundation Primary School is a happy, friendly school where children and staff share a strong sense of teamwork and mutual respect. Every pupil is welcomed, valued, and supported on their individual learning journey.

We have high expectations for behaviour and effort, and visitors often comment on the calm, purposeful atmosphere that's evident the moment you step through the door.
