If your child was born between 1st September 2021 and 31st August 2022 and will be starting in Foundation Year in September 2026, your application for a place will need to be submitted to Oxfordshire County Council no later than the 15th January 2026 at OCC Primary School Admissions If you miss this date you will go into the late round of allocations which are not made until after May 2026 Please contact Admissions at Oxfordshire County Council on 0345 2412487.
If you send anything to the council, we advise you to send it recorded delivery. Everyone who applies online by 15 January 2026 will receive an email in April 2026 advising which school their child has been offered a place at. Everyone who applies online by 31 October 2025 will receive an email in March 2026 advising which school their child has been offered a place at.
The closing date for Secondary School Application is 31 October 2025. The offer date for on-time applications is 2 March 2026.
