About

Head's Welcome I am delighted to reflect on three transformative years as Head of Wychwood School, guiding our community through a period of bold change and growth. Since our 125th anniversary in 2022, the vision we shaped together; with the support of everyone involved, has moved from aspiration to reality.

Today, Wychwood stands as a school that not only honours its heritage but also embraces innovation, ensuring that every pupil is prepared to thrive in a rapidly changing world. The question I asked myself before my appointment was "What can Wychwood School offer your child?" has been answered daily in the joy, resilience and creativity of our pupils.

Walking onto our site now, there is a palpable energy; classrooms alive with curiosity, boarding houses filled with warmth and camaraderie and a culture of respect and care that binds staff and pupils together.
