iWritten by WhatSchool from official school data (Get Information about Schools, DfE and Ofsted). Our stand out rural location doesn't just make for an idyllic educational setting, but it also means that we serve a wide catchment area, welcoming children from Shropshire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands. Our ethos is very much one of a family school; a community that incorporates both a junior and senior school.
We hold many events throughout the year, and welcome all families to be part of our Birchfield family. Set in twenty acres of glorious countryside, pupils can look forward to an engaging school life with a vast array of academic learning opportunities – sport, music, drama, art, and extra-curricular activities – for a true all-round education.
We have ensured over the years that we have changed with the times. Birchfield School was a boys' boarding school in past times and today we welcome both boys and girls as day pupils, providing them with an education for today's world. We believe that independent schools should be accessible and affordable, and our school fees are structured accordingly.
We aim to provide a premium education for an affordable price. Your child's education is of the utmost important to us and we celebrate each child's achievement based on their own merit. With an experienced learning support department, we have the experience and ability to encourage children to thrive.
