About

I am delighted to welcome you to Creech St Michael C of E Primary School and proud to be the Headteacher of such a welcoming, happy, forward-thinking school where the school community shares the highest of expectations and aspirations for everyone, working hard together towards securing the best outcomes for every single child.

Our vision is underpinned by our Christian principles and values of perseverance, respect, love and hope. These values are shared with all staff, governors and children, inspiring all that we do. Our driving ambition is to provide excellence for all in teaching and learning and to open doors to a bright future.

In the Early Years Foundation Stage, outdoor learning is an integral requirement of the curriculum; our children enjoy an extensive outdoor setting in which to learn and play together. We promote excellence in learning and include the development of thinking skills, collaborative and investigative opportunities for children throughout their learning experience.

Active involvement in the learning process leads children to become independent, creative and autonomous learners. Educational visits and visitors help to enrich the children's learning experiences and provide further learning beyond the classroom.
