About

Throughout their journey with us, our pupils remain grounded, respectful and open-minded. This may have something to do with our family-oriented culture, Christian ethos and commitment to the local community. It also reflects our nurturing environment with personalised support that enables each child to thrive, from nursery through prep, senior school and Sixth Form.

That's also because we expect – and encourage – curiosity, teamwork, excellence, endeavour and risk-taking. After all, the acres of open space in which to play and explore offers the ideal backdrop for adventurous free spirits. And the friendly atmosphere around school exudes a quiet confidence.

But thanks to major new investment and innovative initiatives, we never remain complacent. Welcome to the next chapter of the King's College Taunton story… The best way to find out what makes us so special is to discover it for yourself – we'd love to welcome you! Friday 13 March 2026, 10am: King's College Prep, for children starting nursery through to Year 8, aged 2-13.

Saturday 14 March 2026, 9.45am: King's College Taunton, for pupils entering the Senior School from Year 9 through to Sixth Form. The Senior School is for pupils aged 13-18.
