The Greville Primary School

At The Greville, we are proud to provide a nurturing, positive and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported and happy. Our dedicated staff team works closely together to ensure that all children can flourish both in their learning and in their understanding of the wider world.

The Greville is a two-form entry Infant school and a four-form entry Junior school, with 60 new children joining us each September in Year 3. It is our relentless aim to give every child the best possible start in their education inspiring, nurturing and enabling them to achieve in many different ways.

Throughout their time at The Greville, our children experience high-quality teaching through an exciting, broad and relevant curriculum. We place a strong emphasis on reading, as we believe it unlocks learning across all subjects.

Learning takes place both inside and outside the classroom, within our extensive school grounds that include a large all-weather pitch, an expansive field, a Forest School area, two fiction libraries, a cookery room and a dedicated music room.
