I warmly welcome you to our school website. At Durrington Infant and Junior Federated Schools, we pride ourselves on recognising and responding to the individual needs of our children and their families. This is achieved through an encouraging and supportive environment where everyone is motivated to succeed.
Our school values recognise the importance of working together to achieve high standards of behaviour, respect and learning which is why we promote a close partnership with parents and carers. We are a large school with extensive grounds for sports and outdoor activities.
We have specialised classrooms for modern foreign languages, computing, music, art, nurture and supported learning. This is enhanced by the expertise of specialist teaching staff to ensure the children access a broad and creative curriculum. This, along with our developing range of extra-curricular clubs, serves to inspire and motivate learning.
We have a Nursery class which takes children from the age of three, where children are encouraged to discover the world through a range of activities in a secure environment.
