About

At the heart of our school is our vision: Created to Shine! We strive to be a shining light of love, aspiration and excellence, helping every child grow into the person God intended them to be. You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.

Matthew 5:14 Through our values of love and aspiration , we aim to shine brightly making a difference in our school, community and the wider world. We warmly invite you to visit us and discover what makes St Margaret's so special. Please also enjoy exploring our website to learn more about our wonderful school.

Some of our children enjoyed celebrating Pearl's 100th Birthday with her yesterday! Pearl and some other residents from Ayton House Care Home attend a weekly book club with the Year 3 children. All the children and staff helped to make a wonderful card, she was treated to a chorus of Happy Birthday and we were so happy we could share this very special occasion.

AI is changing how we live and learn. This #SID2026, talk to your children about using smart tech responsibly. Encourage critical thinking and check privacy settings. #SmartTechSafeChoices
