About

We believe every child deserves the chance to succeed. Many of our pupils join us having faced challenges in previous school settings. Our role is to provide them with a fresh start – helping them to build confidence, develop positive relationships, and rediscover a love of learning.

We create a nurturing but structured environment where high expectations, clear boundaries and a strong focus on rewards help pupils grow in self-belief, improve their behaviour, and achieve academically and socially.

Alongside this, pupils benefit from access to our on-site clinical and therapeutic specialists, who provide tailored support to meet their individual needs and promote long-term personal development. At Belmont School, we provide a fresh start for every pupil in a safe, caring, and trauma-informed environment.

Through listening, nurturing relationships, and tailored support, we empower young people to develop, learn, and prepare for a successful adult life. B – Belief in a Fresh Start We believe every pupil deserves a fresh start. We are committed to recognising their potential and supporting them to develop confidence, resilience, and a positive future.
