About

We are a very dedicated and enthusiastic team who are committed to providing the best possible education and care. We also develop independence and social awareness in our wonderful pupils to prepare them for productive and successful lives. The school is organised into departments; Early Years, Key Stage 1, Lower Key Stage 2 and Upper Key Stage 2.

Each phase has a distinctive curriculum and ethos which allows for progression through the school. A member of the Senior Leadership Team coordinates and leads each department. In all, we have 25 classes each with teaching team consisting of a teacher, a lead teaching assistant and at least 2 other teaching assistants.

In our part of the County, we are proud to be a school for all pupils with an Education, Health and Care Plan that identifies a specialist placement is required. Our class groups contain a broad range of needs and our staff to child ratio allows for small group and individual work in each class as required.
