About

Ethos & Aims Ripplevale School provides a caring, learning environment where our students make meaningful progress, relative to their individual starting points.

Our aim is to encourage them to develop appropriate personal, social and employable skills enabling them to become confident, independent and aspiring young people. At Ripplevale, we are driven by our shared purpose to do all that we can to improve educational outcomes and life chances for all our young people.

We believe that the best way to do this is through the partnership, collaboration and a commitment to work together to achieve common goals and excellence in all we do. Staff work collaboratively on our school priorities and shared vision. The outcomes of which form part our school improvement plan.

Staff across the school link their performance management targets to these outcomes which encompass a whole school approach to what we are trying to achieve
