On behalf of the children, staff and Governors, it is with great pleasure that I welcome you to Oakdale Junior School which is part of The Oakdale Federation. We are a happy, vibrant and a successful community where every child is recognised as an individual.
Our aim is to provide an inspiring curriculum that helps prepare children to lead full and active lives in a rapidly changing world. We want our children to be prepared for each phase of their schooling (infants to junior or junior to secondary), as confident, resilient, curious and respectful young people, with high aspirations for themselves.
We also want them to be prepared for a world that has yet to be invented or created so that they will be confident to take their part in society. I hope that our website captures the essence of our school, however we encourage families and professionals to visit.
