About

Principal's Welcome I am fortunate to lead this successful and happy academy with our hardworking, enthusiastic students, ambitious staff, supportive parents and committed governors. We are all very proud of our academy and its successes. In June 2022, Ofsted visited us and judged the Academy 'Good'. We offer funded Nursery places and a thriving Primary Phase.

We are also delighted that Swindon Academy is the number one secondary school in Swindon for GCSE progress and attainment. Additionally, our Grammar Stream provision from Year 7 provides a unique educational experience for very able students. After age 16, students move up to United College Sixth Form to study their A Levels and vocational qualifications.

Our Sixth Form welcomes students from other schools in Swindon too.
