KWS developed over the past 10 years was the vision of Karl Weaver and Sarah Nichols-Weaver to support children and young people who do not fit into the society model of education. Through their previous roles in Childrens Social Care they recognised there was a need for a different approach to education in order to meet the needs of the most vulnerable in the area.
