About

Our academy has a positive, forward-thinking culture. We hope to develop independent and successful learners who are confident and eager to come to school each day. Our aim is to ensure that every child will leave the Bishop Creighton Academy with the skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed in the next steps in their education and future lives.

Whilst we acknowledge the crucial role that schools play in a child's development we believe that the most important teachers in a child's life are their parents, as such strong partnerships with home and the academy are crucial. We aim to work with you to support your child throughout their time with us.

We also believe that education is about more than just academic success and, as such, aim to develop the whole child by providing an ambitious curriculum and wide range of experiences and enrichment activities throughout the year. We have been a Microsoft Showcase School since 2019 .

We are recognised as part of an elite group of schools that exemplify some of the best teaching and learning in the UK utilising technology. To view 5 reasons we use EdTech at BCA.
