Chulmleigh College is a highly popular fully inclusive state secondary school for pupils age 11-16. Situated in a beautiful rural location, we pride ourselves on traditional values and high academic expectations for all pupils.
In recent years our school has grown by more than 40%, as our reputation across Devon is such that we are the chosen school for many families who live a great distance outside our designated school area. We are incredibly proud of this reputation and every member of staff works hard to sustain it.
It is part of the Chulmleigh Academy Trust, a group of three primary schools (East Worlington Primary School, Chulmleigh Primary School and St Thomas of Canterbury CE Primary School, Lapford) and Chulmleigh College. Please read on to find out more about our school and how we work hard to embody our values:

iAcademy trust: local governing body and trust board.1 governor is linked to a profile (all confirmed).
Governors marked “Confirmed same person” have exactly the same forename and surname as the only officer of that name at the school’s own academy trust company on the Companies House register, so we treat them as the same person. The governance record itself comes from DfE.
