About

We are a Church of England Academy school at Holy Trinity we put great emphasis on providing a rich and diverse curriculum , resulting in children who love learning and enjoy coming to school. We are also proud of the very good behaviour of our learners and the schools caring family atmosphere.

Christian values continue to underpin our everyday life and are summarised in our vision . As a Church School, Holy Trinity uses the following guidance to support its work in caring for all our learners - Flourishing for All- Anti-Bullying Guidance for Church of England Schools. Children can enter the classroom from 8.45am and registration takes place at 9am .

At the end of the school day ( 3.30pm ), KS1 and Reception children are sent out to the playground with an adult. KS2 children are dismissed from the classroom. Children are not allowed to leave the school unaccompanied during school hours. We work hard to teach children the skills that make a good learner.

We use a framework called Building Learning Power , and base our whole school rewards system on these skills. This is explained in more detail on our Curriculum page.

Governing body (16 current, 3 former)

iAcademy trust: local governing body and trust board.

13 governors are linked to a profile (all confirmed).

Governors marked “Confirmed same person” have exactly the same forename and surname as the only officer of that name at the school’s own academy trust company on the Companies House register, so we treat them as the same person. The governance record itself comes from DfE.
