It is my great pleasure to welcome you to St Thomas More RC Primary School (STM). Situated in Letchworth Garden City, North Hertfordshire, we are a single-form entry school with a nursery. STM is a voluntary academy and forms part of the highly successful Diocese of Westminster Academy Trust (DOWAT).
We seek to sustain a welcoming, vibrant and highly inclusive Catholic community, where priority is placed on the richness of learning for all. Within the friendly-family atmosphere of the school community we promote Christian values of love, respect, tolerance and forgiveness, as revealed to us through the life of Jesus Christ.
Our mission statement - We follow Jesus as we learn, play and pray together ' captures our desire to follow the example of Christ in welcoming, nurturing and developing each individual as a unique and precious gift, created in the image of God. We recognise the dignity of every individual and seek to celebrate the ambitions and talents of all.
