About

It is a great privilege to serve as Headteacher of Altrincham College, a dynamic, forward-thinking, and fully inclusive school where the happiness and wellbeing of our students are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to offering each student an engaging and enriching secondary education.

Our aim is for them to excel academically and grow personally, leaving us with outstanding outcomes and as confident, responsible, and well-rounded individuals, fully equipped for a happy, fulfilling, and successful adult life. We set high standards for all our students, which is reflected in the caring, respectful, and disciplined environment we foster each day.

Visitors often comment on the warm, positive relationships evident throughout our school community, something of which we are incredibly proud! Having worked at Altrincham College since 2010, I feel a deep connection to the community I serve, helping young people to be kind, responsible, and positive contributors to society. What truly sets us apart is our sense of community.

This is a school where every student is known as an individual and supported to thrive.

Governing body (12 current, 2 former)

iAcademy trust: local governing body and trust board.

4 governors are linked to a profile (3 confirmed, 1 (likely)).

Governors marked “Confirmed same person” have exactly the same forename and surname as the only officer of that name at the school’s own academy trust company on the Companies House register, so we treat them as the same person. The governance record itself comes from DfE.
