About

GLF Schools GLF Schools GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a Mat of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

As Headteacher, it is my absolute pleasure to welcome you to our inspirational and nurturing primary school which proudly strives to ensure all children are successful in their own way. Danetree is a four-form entry Primary School with children from 2 to 11 years old.

I take immense pride in the school being part of the GLF Schools family, a Multi-Academy Trust where children Grow, Learn and Flourish. This forward-thinking community of over 40 primary and secondary schools share our commitment to providing high-quality education and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Being part of GLF allows us to draw on a wealth of resources, expertise, and the very best teaching methods from across the trust, enhancing our ability to meet the diverse needs of all our children.
