Today, we welcomed back our Year 6 children. It was incredibly exciting to see them all again! As you will be aware, academy life will be very different from before.
Our staff have been hard at work over recent weeks to ensure we can still offer a high quality education while keeping our children protected, and therefore we have put into place a number of new measures to ensure a safe and hygienic academy environment. Our utmost priority is the safety and wellbeing of our children and staff.
This has been the driving force for the measures we have introduced. We have taken, and we will continue to take, every precaution to keep them safe. We have redesigned our classrooms and facilities around the Academy buildings to allow for social distancing.
Along with other measures, we have also installed hand sanitisation stations and we perform rigorous cleaning of the Academy on a regular basis. You can see photos of these new arrangements below to give you a better idea of how this will all work.

Governing body (6 current, 0 former)
iAcademy trust: local governing body and trust board.1 governor is linked to a profile (all confirmed).
Governors marked “Confirmed same person” have exactly the same forename and surname as the only officer of that name at the school’s own academy trust company on the Companies House register, so we treat them as the same person. The governance record itself comes from DfE.
