Flamstead End School

It is a privilege to be part of the Flamstead End School community and to serve as Associate Principal. Since joining the school in April 2024, I have been struck by the strong sense of care, ambition, and teamwork that runs through everything we do.

With over 20 years of experience in primary education, I have taught across most year groups and developed a particular passion for English especially reading and for creating a rich, inclusive curriculum that inspires, challenges, and supports every child to thrive.

Above all, I am committed to ensuring that our pupils feel safe, valued, and prepared for life beyond the school gates. I believe in helping children develop the resilience, kindness, and confidence they need to grow into well-rounded individuals who can navigate life positively and purposefully.

I also place great importance on building strong, positive partnerships between school and home, and truly value the trust and support of our parents and carers. Just as importantly, I recognise and appreciate the dedication and contributions of our staff, who bring so much energy and commitment to school life every day.
