Welcome to The Hendreds C of E School Our vision Value who we are and who we can become places the holistic development of every individual in the school at the heart of what we do. This is a truly inclusive school. With approximately 140 children on roll, The Hendreds School has an authentic family feel. The children and adults all know each other incredibly well.
Every interaction is important in a child's development. We delight in working with each year's reception cohort of Tiddlers and in supporting the children as they develop and grow through their years here. Our Year 6s play a vital part in leading the children at the school.
They support the younger children at play times and in the lunch hall, and take a lead role in speaking during collective worship and at church services. As the most experienced children in the school, they form the school council. Throughout their time at the school, our children develop a love of learning, a sense of self and social responsibility.
