Chetwynde is a thriving all-through school for children ages 3 to 16. We provide a supportive, challenging and inspiring education, balancing traditional values and a dynamic, forward-thinking approach that gives our students the foundations they need.
We firmly believe that every child has the right to reach their potential and be encouraged to explore their talents and passions to build a future that will bring fulfilment and success. Every child is unique; every child is exceptional and deserves the best.
From the time they join our school through to Year 11 graduation, children benefit from a family atmosphere where teachers strive to build strong relationships with students and provide outstanding teaching.
Our exam results go from strength to strength, and students are guided to develop a strong work ethic underpinned by our three core values of respect, responsibility and resilience.

Governing body (9 current, 1 former)
iAcademy trust: local governing body and trust board.3 governors are linked to a profile (2 confirmed, 1 (likely)).
Governors marked “Confirmed same person” have exactly the same forename and surname as the only officer of that name at the school’s own academy trust company on the Companies House register, so we treat them as the same person. The governance record itself comes from DfE.
