Al-Noor Voluntary Aided Primary School will be a strong and vibrant community God willing that will welcome admissions from Muslims and non-Muslims alike. The school is legally designated as having faith character and thus will have a nurturing Islamic ethos and values that are informed by Islamic teaching.
All its stakeholders will work tirelessly together to build and strengthen the school to achieve the highest standards and to nurture great human beings through the unique environment and curriculum it offers that nurtures faith, emotional development and identity as much as the intellectual, physical social and cultural aspects of humanity.
We believe that children whose backgrounds, real life experiences, aspirations, identities, cultures, histories and beliefs are acknowledged as normal and are welcomed and celebrated at school, thrive and achieve. Furthermore, children with sure identities make for strong and productive members of society.
