At the heart of our decision making at all levels lie the children and their best interests. Leaders are ambitious for all pupils regardless of backgrounds or starting points. Improved outcomes attainment and progress are always part of the Trust and school improvement plans. The Trust Capabilities Curriculum leads on how we deliver our aspirational curriculums.
The Visible Learning Status of our schools means that we use evidence-based research to provide CPD and implement changes for improvement. All staff and all levels continue to learn and develop through the comprehensive programme of CPD. All schools within the Trust go beyond the National Curriculum and incorporate contextual elements to enhance pupils sense of belonging.
This includes broad, relevant enrichment programmes including use of the Trust Woodlands Activity Centre.
