About

We are honoured to be the head teachers of this amazing Church of England Primary School. Combe Down prides itself on being a happy school where children and adults are encouraged to have a caring, considerate and respectful attitude towards one another.

Within a strong Christian ethos, we recognise and value the uniqueness of every child, helping all to flourish within a safe, secure and creative environment, through opportunities that are relevant to their needs both now and in the years to come. Our engaging curriculum and values based learning to enable children to develop a love of learning and life.

We provide an inclusive environment where seeds of learning are planted and children's skills and knowledge are nourished and allowed to blossom. This is reflected in our School Vision and Values. Our dedicated staff team work hard resulting in high standards of learning and behaviour.

We believe that the education of each individual is most successful when we work in partnership with home. We see parents as active partners in their children's learning journey and value all that the partnership offers.
