Welcome to Hamstel Infant School and Nursery, a thriving hub of infant and early years education, sited within the Southchurch Ward and serving the East Central area of Southend on Sea.
Along with our partner junior school, we are part of the Portico Academy Trust and collectively with the onsite Children and Family Centre, provide excellent education from birth to 11 years on our wonderful shared site. At Hamstel Infants, our core school values We Care flow through everything we do.
Our children follow the we care values each week in their learning and play We care that our children learn successfully whatever their background, individual needs or starting point in life to reach their potential and achieve their best.
