About

On behalf of the staff, governors, and children of Fairlands Primary School, we would like to welcome you to our friendly, inclusive, and successful school. Fairlands is a large, three-form entry primary school, with the capacity for up to 720 children aged 3 - 11 years old, situated on the borders of the Old Town in Stevenage.

Although we are a large school, we know how important it is for every child to be known and valued as an individual as they journey all the way with us from pre-school experiences through to Year 6.

We want every child to be successful; to reach for success from the very first day they join us and as they move through the key stages of their education, so that when they leave us, they do so with a positive view of learning for the rest of their lives, having made a large number of friends and happy memories along the way!

Governing body (10 current, 2 former)

iAcademy trust: local governing body and trust board.

2 governors are linked to a profile (all confirmed).

Governors marked “Confirmed same person” have exactly the same forename and surname as the only officer of that name at the school’s own academy trust company on the Companies House register, so we treat them as the same person. The governance record itself comes from DfE.
