About

I am delighted to welcome you to our website. Ham Dingle Primary is a wonderful school and I am very proud to be its Headteacher. At Ham Dingle, we aim to provide an excellent education for all of our children so that they develop the knowledge and skills that will enable them to thrive and flourish.

Our children are at the centre of all that we do and, by building strong relationships, we make Ham Dingle a learning community. At Ham Dingle, we aim to bring out the best in everyone. We know that each child is unique and has their own strengths and talents and it is for us to nurture and support them as they grow.

To bring out the best in everyone, we have high expectations in all that we do. We expect excellent attendance from children and support from families; excellent behaviour and excellent attitudes to learning. Whilst we have high aspirations for academic achievement, we know that wider personal development is a key part in a childs learning.

It is for this reason that we ensure that our curriculum provides children with a broad range of wider learning opportunities.
