Wentworth C of E Junior & Infant School A place where we strongly believe that...Together We Prosper Through a love of learning, a CURIOUS mind and the AWE and WONDERMENT of the world around us we flourish, in the life God has given and in which we experience God's "Plans to prosper you, keep you from harm, plans to give you hope and a future" Jeremiah 29:11 We are a small, popular and vibrant Church of England School located in the rural South Yorkshire village of Wentworth, the school is a listed building originally built in 1837 but has been altered and modernised over time.
We place importance on our place in the local community and provide opportunities to strengthen links with both the church and the surrounding village. We have five classrooms, a library and a fully equipped immersive learning hall.
To nurture the curiosity that outdoor learning experiences have to offer we have hard surface playing areas, a large field and a woodland forest area.
