I have been Headteacher at Rosendale since 2013 and I have worked in the school since 2003. During that time, I have seen Rosendale grow into the outstanding school that it is now, with a long track record of great academic results and a formidable reputation for valuing sport, languages and the arts as well.
All that we do here at Rosendale is based on the evidence of what works in schools. That means that sometimes we do things differently to other schools, for example our children work in mixed attainment teams using structures to support their language and learning and it means that we are constantly seeking to improve and we are not afraid to change.
We place a great deal of value on our relationships with parents and the local community. We have an active parents group that supports school events as well as bringing their own highlights to the social calendar such as Quiz Night. The school continues to be one of the most oversubscribed schools in the Borough of Lambeth.
Please take the time to visit our website and see, via our class blogs, all the amazing things that our children and families get up to.
