Welcome to Hatchell Wood, a 3-11 Primary School in Cantley, Doncaster, where every child is valued, nurtured and encouraged to be the very best version of themselves. At the heart of our school is a strong commitment to inclusion, care and respect. We believe that every child is unique and brings their own strengths, talents and experiences to our community.
Our role is to create a safe, happy and supportive environment where all children feel confident to learn, grow and thrive. We place great importance on building positive relationships between pupils, staff, families and the wider community. By working together, we ensure that each child feels listened to, supported and celebrated.
Our dedicated and caring staff strive to inspire curiosity, resilience and a love of learning, while also supporting children's emotional wellbeing and personal development. Our school is a welcoming and inclusive community where kindness, empathy and respect are at the centre of everything we do.
We encourage children to be confident learners, responsible citizens and caring individuals who are proud of who they are and respectful of others.
