About

Children take responsibility for their own learning and help each other to produce excellent work. They develop the confidence and skills to communicate clearly in writing and speech.

Children have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of engaging learning experiences (in school, outdoors and in the community) which help them to develop aspirations for their own future and have a healthy, active lifestyle.

The school provides a happy, nurturing and supportive environment so that the children can grow in confidence, feel safe to make mistakes and be bold with their learning. We are very fortunate to have excellent grounds and facilities here at Ashton Vale, from our interactive playgrounds, to our allotments, school field and pond to name but a few!
