We are a Church of England, voluntary aided school, for 4- to 11-year-old children in the parish of St Peter's Halliwell, and a proud member of the Forward as One CE Multi Academy Trust. We are a one form entry school accepting 30 children into our Reception Class every September. Our school mission statement is Let Your Light Shine based on Matthew 5 v 16.
At St Peter's we want all our children to shine in whatever they do. We do this in many different ways, but one key way is by following the example, values and teaching of Jesus Christ, who teaches us to love one another, as he has loved us, and reminding us that he has come to bring us all life to the full!
That's what we want for everyone at St Peter's children, staff, parents and governors. We are a happy school full of life and joy!
