It gives us great pleasure to welcome you to King's Gate Primary School's website and to a school where the key to our mission statement is, We work best when we work together .
Here at King's Gate Primary we welcome children, their parents and carers into a friendly, happy and hardworking environment where respect for others, positive attitudes towards work and behaviour are encouraged and nurtured. We are a brand new primary school on the housing development of Archers Gate and King's Gate in Amesbury, eight miles north of Salisbury.
Our 24 values lie at the heart of our school life as we nurture the potential of every child. We are a growing school with approximately one hundred and eighty pupils on roll, currently across 7 classes; Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3 class, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6.
Most of our pupils come from the local estate, although we also accept pupils from further afield if we have places and forces families new to the area.

Governing body (7 current, 0 former)
iAcademy trust: local governing body and trust board.1 governor is linked to a profile (all confirmed).
Governors marked “Confirmed same person” have exactly the same forename and surname as the only officer of that name at the school’s own academy trust company on the Companies House register, so we treat them as the same person. The governance record itself comes from DfE.
