About

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Old Buckenham High School – or OBHS, as we're proudly known. Nestled in the heart of the beautiful and historic village of Old Buckenham in Norfolk, our school is surrounded by a rich natural landscape that inspires learning, curiosity, and a deep sense of belonging.

At OBHS, our vision is rooted in three core values: Community, Ambition, and Respect. These values are at the heart of everything we do – guiding our actions, shaping our culture, and ensuring that every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to be their best.

We believe that Old Buckenham has enormous potential – both as a school and as a community of young people with bright futures ahead. Our dedicated staff work tirelessly to ensure that all students are given every opportunity to thrive, not only academically, but also as confident, thoughtful, and resilient individuals ready to make a positive difference in the world.
