It is with great excitement and a deep sense of responsibility that I introduce myself as the new Headteacher of Bourne End Academy . I am truly honoured to lead such a vibrant school community—one filled with energy, pride, and enormous potential.
With over 18 years of experience in school leadership, I have had the privilege of working across a range of educational settings, including my most recent role as a Deputy Headteacher and Director of Education.
My career began in London as a mathematics teacher, and I've been fortunate to grow as a leader through roles that have allowed me to drive curriculum innovation, improve teaching and learning, and develop impactful strategies to support both students and staff.
Throughout my journey, my purpose has always been clear: to provide an inclusive, high-quality education that unlocks opportunity for every young person.
