About

At The Lady Byron School, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing, inclusive, and aspirational environment for every student. We proudly welcome pupils aged 5 to 17 years at our sites in Fleckney and Market Harborough. We support students with a confirmed autism diagnosis, those on the diagnostic pathway, and all must have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

We welcome applications from families in Leicestershire and all surrounding counties. It is our privilege to place the needs of every learner at the heart of everything we do. We ensure that each student feels independent, confident, kind, prepared, safe, happy, positive, and respected throughout their time with us. We believe in the potential of every student.

Our approach is built on best practices in autism education, offering a highly personalised, structured, and meaningful learning experience for each young person. Through a combination of specialist teaching, a therapeutic approach, and a deep understanding of individual needs, we empower our students to achieve their very best outcomes—academically, socially, and emotionally.
